Northeast/ Pine Valley/ and Pleasure Island: Monday - Thursday: 10 AM - 6:30 PM, Friday - Saturday: 10 AM - 4:30 PM

Note: Projectors are currently unavailable in the Pelican Room and the Osprey Room at Pine Valley Library.

Thank you for using New Hanover County Public Library's online room reservation system. Before you continue please take a moment to read and acknowledge your understanding of the following guidelines:

You must have a NHC Public Library card in good standing to book a meeting room. You will need to sign in with your library card number to reserve your meeting room. Click here for a temporary registration. You will need to confirm your identity prior to your booking time. Non-Residents of NHC will be charged $15.00 for a 6 month card or $30.00 for a yearly card.

All meeting room charges are non-refundable and will be applied to your Library Card Account.

For-profit, business, private meetings and gatherings, worship services, political campaigns and rallies are not allowed. Meetings must be free and open to the public. Interview or audition style meetings are prohibited. Fundraising, Donations, & Sales (except those outlined in the meeting room policy, attached below) are not allowed.
